This is a truly bizarre item! The picture to the left is actually the face of the disc itself: plasticised cardboard with the grooves etched into the plastic coating.
I don't know if there was another more conventional version of the song released in Poland, but this one is certainly one of the more unusual in the ABBA canon.
Several different pictures were all released with the same track, and the same label number.
